Simple Kindness is a mental health resource platform. I am an advocate of mental health and can provide additional information to support people with a mental health condition or families. I can offer personalized advocacy for individuals with disabilities and patients, including assistance with healthcare access, navigating services, accommodations, and coordinating systems in North and South Dakota. I support events to share my mental health journey. I am the Founder and Chief Adocate of Simple Kindness. My intentions behind this was to create a place to provide Mental Health resources in North Dakota and South Dakota. I discovered a long time ago there is a great need for awareness and acceptance of those that have a mental health condition. It is only through advocacy and awareness that the stigma associated with mental health will change. Let's be the voice to support. We're all on a journey, seeking happiness along the way. Despite our efforts, we often find that the things we pursue don't always bring the happiness we expect.
